ISN number seems to be the same in ECU and EWS.
Does engine crank?
What DTC do you have in EWS?
What DTC do you have in ECU?
Did you try DDE-EWS alignment with diagnostic tool?

Assuming wiring is OK, no cranking means key is not recognized by EWS.

Check live data in EWS to make sure key is properly recognized.
