Kess V2 5.017 external exception eefface

I bougth a kess v2 clone from china with the known eefface error. I checked the sd card and holder they are all ok.

Does someone have a original mprog 5.017.ept file for me? Or orginal 5.017 firmware? I installed many drivers tested on several pc's the eefface error stays.

I have the same problem, maybee you used the wrong software version or something?
I resell obd from china, one of my costumers told me that happened him but I didn't solve it yet !!
