Audi A4 B7 dash problem

Hello to all. I have a problem with RB8 dash from A4 B7. The speed is not correct. If you drive with 100 it shows 80. The error is in % depending of speed, not the same error in different speeds. In blue connector pin 1 is removed and on his plase is new wire connected to ground. Every thing other on the dash is working ok. If you have some info or test to make with vcds please share here. Pin 1 is for windscreen washer fluid level warning if car have no sensor and you mount dash which have this option you must put pin 1 to gnd or you have permanent warning

Is a KM on the display a KM in real?

Hi bidu20 if you mean if I drive 10km it will show 8.5. Yes this is the case. Is there a way to set the right coefficient in the dash or the problem is elsewhere?

maybe kmh reading in miles or dump somehow from miles car. By the way the clock plate is different for miles car and km cars, maybe somebody has done somekind of swap.

I dont know if the dash is miles or km. Is there a way to chek? If some one has good dump please share it ?

Or your software coding in your abs module is off, or you are using wrong wheel size. Your speed on the B7 is taken from your wheels via ABS. I don't know if you understand?
