I need to do it through OBD, not take out the dash.

I found only Digiprog 3, not 4. (Can Digiprog 3 V4.94 do it?)

google - DIAGprog4 (not digiprog) , enigma tool or SMOK tool. They are all original tools costing more then 4000eur and therefore you wont find them on aliexpress. Look for davinci dpf (https://robaizkine.com/product/davinci-dpf-egr-adblue-dtc-remover-version-1-0-26-1-0-28-1-0-30-software-only/) on their websites. Try googling a bit more before asking questions like that.
