Help please virgin. Orig and donor EEP files attached.

I dont have the dump with me, isnt the Virgin file supposed to not be dependant of any reading? I need it so i can telecharge the ECU with the original diagbox software. You cant try to get it ? The ECU is the same as the 1st post, just not a C3, is a Peugeot 208
