which programmer you recommend to this memory?

the flash needs to be desoldered or the programmer only need connects to the radio?

Use a internal STA MCU for read sector from flash 507 ...using a jtag interface or desolder the flash memory read using a external programmer and adaptor TSOP56 after this post here the file .bin and I will send you code... Good luck..or last solution is form serial..but this not easy..
