Fabia 1 047906033K Simos 3PA off not work - please help

Hi Guys,
I have fabia 1 ECU Simos 3PA stuck on bench, OFF with 3131 not working on this ECU.

Any help appreciated.

problem is in ecu or in power of ecu
solution is tested and working mate

Could be a problem on ECU or flash?

I load file off from 047906033E and OFF is OK, no DTS P1570 but the config is different.

your problem is in car... try conect vcds on car and try connect to ecu in car. If not connect look for fuses
