Which tool did you read it with?

minipro tl866 .. never had any trouble reading 95320 with it before ... use to use carprog but fount tl is better.... i will try pin tommorrow and let you weasel3 thanks for your help...

Do have option to choose M95320-R in your SW menu ?

You choose ST - M95320-R , then read the eeprom.
And upload this dump here again.
Maybe we get another result.
