vag drive box?

just woundering if anyone has used a vag drive box to turn immo off on a edec15 ecu (pd130 mk4 golf) does it work? how does it work?
and also can it be used on a bench loom? if so how can you tell if the ecu is immo off without having to plug it into a car, thanks

If that's them things from china £5 works great, but commicate a through the clocks, THINK if you immo on you get one of my favourite fault codes "P1517 start blocked by immo" only thing with it you sometimes have to do it twice, as although switched, on is off and verse vica
