Dump look like wrong or bad .Desolder and read.

Do you think it became corrupt? I used the same method like VVDI Xhorse, but i have got GQ 4X4 programmer. It read for the first time without error message.

when i read the one as per vvdi, it read fine, same immo box, gave right pw for me, that's the same i did with your dump, read again and use this program to see if you get same reading, i find it very handy for many purposes. File is no password for anyone that will find it useful.
