DM500 Questions

Hello,

I am new to this cable scene and I am thinking of purchasing a DM500 and would like someone to clarify a few things for me.

1. Can I leave my current vm box connected downstairs and have a DM500 connected in a different room, and still be able to watch tv on both boxes at the same time without affecting viewing of the other box.

2. Will I have similar features to whats on the vm box, ie catchup, tv on demand, music on demand etc.,

3. If/When N3 comes along would I still be able to use the DM500 to watch the channels that I currently have on the vm box or would I have only FTA channels.

sorry if this has been asked b4, but I did try and look and didnt manage to find anything, and if I can do all above, is it going to be easy to get certain sports channels 1 2 3 on the DM500 as least until N3 takes it away.

Yes.

No you will not have the interactive features, but you will get ppv ie:- boxing, wrestling, main events and the ocaasional film :-)


3. If/When N3 comes along would I still be able to use the DM500 to watch the channels that I currently have on the vm box or would I have only FTA channels.
If/when if in ireland n3 is already there, for the uk ? how long is a piece of string ? but the fta will still be available.....personaly enjoy while its still here, and i believe your box if you get one would of paid for itself by then IF we get n3 or is it iptv ? :-)
