Hi, not sure it's a case of what is best but more like what will work.

Depending on whether you want to buy complete or buy an empty enclosure and then a separate disk ???

Check here for compatibility

i have a Philips spd3500cc external dvd burner, my inquisitive nature led to whip it a part and observe the ide to usb board at the back had the right connectors so i took a brave pill and i plugged an old seagate st340810a 40gig hdd and windows vista saw it strait away and opened auto play,i formatted it with wbfs and im now using it with my wii.

Hey all, I just wanted to know how to play a downloaded Wii game on the Wii. Do you need to do something to the Wii etc. Or is it as simple as downloading the game and burning it on a DVD?
