I have removed this small part which is the important. I cant find a reliable pinout.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just remove the display and pull the board. Chip is on other side, easy.

make sure not to bend pins or damage display

I normally pull lcd, with small flat screw driver, knock on wood, never crack a LCD before!! :victorious:

Now that you posted that... you should go get tiny plastic pry tools. Your local cell phone repair shop will have handfuls of them.
