pin 26 (TX)
pin 14 (RST)
pin 27 (RX)
pin 11 (GND)

pin 8 (FLMD0) of NEC must be connected to vcc by 1k ohm.
pin 121 (FLMD1) of NEC must be connected to GND by 1k ohm.
You must connect NEC pin 9 (VDD) to External power 5V
8MHz crystal must be connected between x1/x2 pins

You can read by VVDI-Prog or superpro6000 or Xltec or TNM5000 and ...
