Reading eeprom from sharan 09

Hi Gents,
I am having troubles reading eeprom from my VW sharan 09. I am using KKL can 409,1 cable, eeprom programmer 1,19, k+can commander 2.5, but I am not getting any progress.
with eeprom programmer I am connecting and reading eeprom, getting some car data in pop up reading window but all the time 0% and eventually error message: could not login
with k+can vag commander I am getting only readings from custers 000 and partialy 010

please advise if I am doing something wrong or if vw sharan need some special care?

This car is year 2009?

2009 is probably VDO NEC (black/white LCD) or maybe late VDO Micronas (red LCD).
Both can only be done by proper tools over canbus.

yes, car is 2009, but this is the version 2003-2009. It has a rectangular immo in the key fob, if this makes any difference.

So red lcd unit? Only proper tools can do it.

Sharan 2009 is still old platform like Golf4. It's a K-line based VDO dashboard with 93C86. Most tools should work.

yes, red LCD. this one is actually a low end version, so it is only half of a red lcd.

With most tools, I don't mean the free ones. Codecard should work, vagdashcom, avdi, vvdi...

If you post full cluster partnumber and software version (perhaps photo of label) then we know for sure what type of cluster it is.
