Have you tried clear dtcs by OBD plug??
Should be enough to clear crash.....
No need clean by dump.

:) this is the first!!!
The car has been refilled all the front airbags ... and of course!!!, they have put new airbag's and deleted faults but this impact is memorized

Normally, crash event should be deleted with faults...
Maybe you can try again, or I can try clear your dump, but I’m not in office now... only tomorrow.
