MB CLK W209 EZS/EIS SAM-V ECU replace 7-G tronic don't works together with start set.

Hi all,
My workshop visit MB w209 year 2007 3.0 tdi V6 with broken EZS/ESL no start, no terminal 50 CAN i EZS with burned some components on SAM-V pcb.

I decide to replace whole set (part and HW/SW numbers the same in old & new(used) )

EZS/ESL + key, SAM-V, ENGINE ECU

After this engine start from first try. The problem is there is no power flow in 7-G Tronic gear box. SD show no DTC but there is No authorization to drive:

I changed VIN in EZS to original. I made it by hand in hex editor in 1w59l 9s12 eeprom. Now gearbox has VIN from used EZS. Car don't transfer engine power trough gearbox.

I need advice (help) hove to make this car great (drivable) again

You must do SCN online and drive authorization .......

I have Star Diag but I don't have (avdi,vvdi,fvdi) in my place

Magic Eraser isn't that expensive and I think it come with a few tokens, though if you are likely to be doing these more often in the future better spending extra and getting token free option, even vvdi is token free for renew 7-G and ISM.

Or if you can change 7gtronic with the one coming from your esl-ezs set . if not you have to renew it and scn coding MERCIS told you that he can help for online coding

If you have FVDI why didnt you just write SCN whilst on bench? you have the original SCN so just write it, don't even need star to do this job now.

Procedure renew 7-G then write SCN then install in car and initialise (personalise & activate) or SCN in car with FVDI.
