Static speed limiter vag increase

Does someone have a solution to increase or delete the static speed limiter? It was accidentally set to 30 km / hour instead of desired 130 km / hour with vcds and cannot be increased anymore. Removing the speed limiter in the ecu does not help and reflashing the ecu also does not help. The car is a VW Polo 1.2tsi with simos 10.20 ecu. It is probably a setting in the eeprom of the ecu but I have not been able to find any information about eeprom data.
