Can carprog mileage on vw polo?

Hello, I have big problem.
My dashboard on my vw polo 2002 is dead.
I have buy another dashboard with 260000 km.
Now I need to correct the mileage.

I think about to buy carprog clone to correct the mileage.

Can someone tell me please if carprog clone can correct the mileage on vw polo?

I need correct only one car!

Maybe i can buy some other hardware or software?
