Working on a 2011 Mercedes W164 ML350. It was sent in to us functional except the center lcd display is very dim. Took it apart and the leds underneath are all operating at about 50%. Just dim. I tried everything I knew how, reflowing resistors, etc, but nothing helped. I then removed the processor and eeprom and soldered them onto a replacement cluster with same SW. It is doing the exact same thing. I thought it was a hardware issue but obviously not. Anyone have any insight? Thanks, Dan
