hello
i want to replace 0261207960 SC ecu z10xe for opel corsa with 0261207423 AX z12xe with reading flash from first ecu and write it to second one and i wonder if it's possible or not . do they have same hardware ?

You don't need a car to read dump from ECU
Here is pinout to connect ECU (http://codecard.eu/carprog/software/opel-login-reader-from-motor-hybrid-ecu-works-with-bosch-me1-5-5-siemens-simtec71-simtec71-1-delco-diesel-delco-multec-/prod_129.html).

But I don't know if it's possible to write full dump in ECU using CarProg
