Fiat 500 Crash reset please [Sitemap]

Hi all,
I have a Fiat 500 51918659 ECU for removal of crash data with a 95320.
I have already removed crash data but still showing crash data on the car.
I have just seen slick dicks post on this forum with a clear file:

and it seems to be very similar to my clear file.

I attach my crash file and hopefully one of you lovely people can have a go for me?
