Mercedes Viano 3.0 EDC17CP10 egr dpf problem. I neede help

I have Mercedes Vino 3.0 EDC17CP10, automtic transmision

CR6P
A0054469440
0281016977

I turn off EGR and DPF but car not working perfect. After turn off car no have error but the turbine actuator is not working properly. Turbo behaves similar to this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nDSxrfdBN90

Please check. It is 2 files. Org and DPF,EGR off.

ECU after EGR and DPF off not have DTC. Only turbo is workin badly

I faced many time this issue, sound like temperature sensor on the turbo.
if you can reflash ecu with original data, to see DTCs, then reflash back after repair.

from 0% to 50-60% of the motor load, the turbine control valve works properly. The boost pressure is stable. only above 60% of the engine load the turbine valve goes from 10% to 80% and the boost pressure is 1900 - 2400 - 1900 - 2400 ...
