Mpps v16 won’t read Saab 9-3

I am trying to read the ecu in my Saab 9-3 2007 tid auto but it starts to read then gets to about 4%, the fuel pump sound kicks off and it stops reading and I get an error message to say the read has failed.

I have tried waiting until the fuel pump sound stops then pressing read but it instantly brings the fuel pump sound back in and stops the read again.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

Thanks.What's the voltage showing maybe need a stabilizing supply

The voltage is wrong on the mpps program as it shows 29v

Try a psu on the car battery
