Looked, i did F350 6.4 diesel 2009 with ECU Siemens SID902 (BDM 577). Carlist has F250 with 6.7 diesel EDC17CP05 (BSL 1197). Check what ECU on F650.

In the US, a 2010 Power Stroke is a 6.4, not a 6.7. I have read and written a 2015 6.7 with KTag. Ktag will do a 6.4, but I didn't get the option to do them, so I don't know how well it works.

I had this ecu on my bench.
I read via ktag but ktag cannot write, i done this job with trasdata (but BDM pins not works - only connection by wires to ecu connector)
