hi.. i live in london and i have dm500-s what is the best transponder to choose from.. at the moment i chose eurobirdl/astra2a but its signal problem only bbc1 and all free channels work only can any help me plssssss

Read all you can and you will eventually find what you need.

this is in cable section and your scanning on eurobird/astra2a, if you scanning on satellite it depends where your dish is pointing.
