VW T5 tachograph off

Hi

I need tacho off in dashboard

Car - VW T5 2004 year with VDO dashboard 93c86
ID daschboard - H0920850R Kombi+Wegfahrsp VDO V03H
ID2 - VT5X02LL
SW - 4009

I disconnected tachograph and made VCDS -> 17 instrument cluster -> adaptation -> channel 33 -> 0

And now I have got milage value on dashboard but car does not count new (actual) millage value.

Check connection vehicle speed sensor (VSS).

but the spedometer works good (no problem with spedometer) - only km counter does not work (does not count new milage)

and there are not any faults from Vehicle Speed Sensor (VCDS)

with tachograph connected all was working good

I found this on other forum:

"dont lose your time to recode or use other dump for dash,the only one solution are to change value in chanel 33,you must recode dash from 1 to 0
after that on back side of tachograf are two plugs,one yellow or brown(depend of year) just cut the wires from pin 3(brown color) also cut pin 6(white/blue) and use one resisto 68-100 ohmi to make conection,that all !"

Have anyone try it? if I want to connect brown and white/blue wires - should the tachograph be connected or just I have to unplug the tachgraph and connect brown and white/blue wires

Solved. I loaded file with tachograph off and all works perfect
