Good, I have a bsi E02-00 of a peugeot 206 of 2011 1.4 hdi engine type 8hr which the diode 1.5KE39CA measured it and it gives me that it is open, I do not know if the measurement is correct apart from that it has not marked the katodo, In case you have some kind of information, thank you.

Hi, this is not a diode but suppressor for ~40Volts. When cathode is not marked this means it is a bi-directional suppression diode and you can't measure it with multimeter.

Leave it alone, it can not be your problem with this pcb. This is for extra protection and in normal operation it is transparent. Can be removed from pcb without any impact.
