Fiat punto help please

Hi mates,
I have 2011 piat punto 1.3 diesel and i need to program a key for but i need help with pin code please.I have opened the bcm and i code not see any serial eeprom to read.There is only a processor (70F3632).I have attached some pictures of the ecu,bcm and the processor inside.
Please i need some info how to get the pin code for this one.If from the bcm processor the what tool can do that?
Any info is much appreciated.

nope, 2011 modell Delphi bsi w/o external eeprom

And just a pin not enough, he will need a full eeprom to precode the key

BTW if the left side connector on the BSI is blue then no external eeprom, only OBD read is possible
