Got one of these to do - assume it’s a no eeprom type. Has MB91F223S as pictured. Does anybody have a pinout to read with either Carprog or UPA?

I had a look - have you done one? Is it micro eeprom?

it could have km in mcu if there is no mcu, but I would also suspect micro eeprom
