I need a key code for cutting a key by VIN, anybody could get it?

By VIN only ready key at dealer. Better take lishi and do job in moment

Maybe somebody work at dealer and can take a look to number... I asked because I am not good with lishi, and car is far away from me.

I have a friend in vw and I asked once for cs and pin. He told me that he can access the vw database it has to be a valid reason.every access to the database is recorded.

Better practice on lishi. There are some videos on YouTube.
Also if the door lock has been changed the key won't work.

Even the dealer cannot see the CS or pin of a car with with ODIS online I use the same equipment and is not possible, it is done automatically when connected to GeKo.
