Can any more power be achieved from this tune? EGR should be off in the file. i believe it is around 170bhp tune, car runs very good I don't mind a bit of smoke if you put it in the tune

Just be careful as the dual-mass flywheel will only take so much torque (approx 350lbft from memory).

i dont know what you talking about, its not possible for stock turbo!
even if it is, car not drive too long.

between 170-180bhp the PD130's can do

Once had 1 do 182bhp really pushing though and still maintained reliability just a tad smokey (i will provide dyno sheet when found)

ive had them drive long time pushed to stock turbo, stock smic and be OK although always advise FMIC to get rid of crap horseshoe clip boost connections
