Eny Now how to make a diagnose contact for Fiat marena 1,6 97 mod It has a contact 3 pin . Can i use elm 327 , In case eny now the pin and how to do it .

Outer 2 wires are K+L (7+15 from 16-pin).
Center wire is earth (but not always). So, use external 12V and earth.
Elm is probably of no use as this ecu does not support EOBD.
