VW Touran 2.0TDI 140HP BKD changing ecu from EDC16u1 to edc16u34

HI!

I have a car who oryginally works on
EDC16u1
HW:03G906016HK

Customer want to change this ecu to:
EDC16u34
03G906021LG

beacouse edc16u34 works with double climatronic witch he want to retrofit.

I must ad that edc16u1 has:
micro,flash, and eeprom

and edc16u34 has only:
flash and eeprom

I try reading eeprom from one and writing to other but it does not work.
Is it somehow possible to adapt second ecu on car? Can i read pin and sync it or i have to change whole wires first from car witch edc16u34?

I tried to synch them both Pins are ok. Ecu accept 01923 Pin on Security acces but cannot save 01088 PIN.
I tried with VCDS, VagCanPro, ODIS-E, and Autel. Always same. I think that this ecu cannot sync with car.
Car starts and shut down.
Maybe Immo off would work but I am not sure.
