Delphi problem activation

Hi guys, hopefully someone can help me out. Basically I have Delphi 2014 R2 and I have been using it perfectly fine all of a sudden I came to it yesterday and it brings me to software activation page. So I go through it like normal and when you then. Come to click start and three little window opens where you press save I am not getting that window I am just getting operation failed and that’s it not another window where u then get your activation thing.564762

Cleaned everything, uninstalled delphi, downloaded older and newer version, tried both, buth same 'operation failed' error on all 3 delphi's that i have.
Av disabled, internet connection disabled, everything installed properly.
