Having used both, I have to say that the database from pocketgpsworld is a lot better than tomtom's. Always up to date.

But you won't find any of theirs free on the internet..

Hiya and welome to he forums m8y. No you don't have to upload. What you need to do is make a post in the forums. Go to intros and make a post and wait a few minutes and yo an download what you need.
It would be nice if you stuck around and looked around the forums. You never know, you may like it here ;)
