The tool which I used is buyng from Perkins.But take a look : PERKINS diagnostic software cabel, Interface, adapter for diagnostic software - www.o2epc.com (http://www.o2epc.com/PERKINS-spare-parts-catalogue-epc-electronic-book.html) /It`s not advertising!!!!

These 2 parameters are locked for a reason. unless you have a dyno to measure fuel flow by gallons per hour, I suggest you leave them alone. Your smoke issue is not due to FLS or FTS (if they weren't previously tampered with). Try cutting out cylinders to see when the smoke subsides.

2009c i not try. but on version 2009B for win XP. I had connect successful with CA2 (not CA3) when i troubshoot the OLy genset -(GEP150-2)
