Hello,
first of all nice to join theses forums :champions: Will try to be a good asset to the communit.

Now back to the problem.
Some months ago i chiptuned (and payed) my 207 1.6HDI 110ps, the thing is it was badly tunned screwing the clurch in 2000kms (and i asked a soft repro).

Anyway i have the original file and the car sock right now. So i started to do some research and decided to LIGHTY change my car.

Problem:
1 - Cannot read the *.bin original file with winols (demo) it simply dosent get any map.

2 - Changed to ECM2001, but still i cannot get the dll for the 207/206 ECU.

3 - Even the kwp2000/+ dosent have the dll to connect to the EDC16 dll. (which i?ll need to read/write to the ecu)

Question: Which is best for uploading/downloading from the ECU, kwp2000/+ or galletto 1250/1260?

Can anywone give me a help here. I just wana edit the original file the easiest way (i imagine ewc2001 is the best for the purpose) and start learning some stuff.

Thanks in advance to everyone. And sorry for so many questions, i searched the foruns but couldnet find any direct reference to my problem.

Hi

Yes, with BDM is the best way.

Hi
almost certainly be able to make that car with 1250, unless either CAN.

Any original interface, you can read and write by OBD.

If you really want to read and write it 100% flawless, use the CMD tool from cmdtec. You can also use Byteshooter. We tries a lot of clones, a lot of failures and angry customers.

Inside motorola MPC562 and eprom M58BW016DB .Use bdm tool for this one and if the file inside is already tuned dont expect winols to find any maps because they are already changed and you have a different checksum which doesnt correspond to neither of the families of dlls.
