Mercedes w204 need CGW repair dump

Please any help, i have a mercedes w204 and i have problem with front sam. I can't comunicate with other ECU, the eprom file is corrupted. I have read the MCU 1L1Y. Can anyone help me with correct dump.

I try your dump PEPI now the car has turn off check engine light, temperature in dashboard now is showed ok only airbag light is on but indicator light not working headlight to not working and engine fan is working again when i switch ignition on. So the problem is not solved 100 %

I try to connect with star diagnostic but no success. I have try to connect with Delphi, Launch but not connected. I can't connect with any ECU, and CGW module not connected with diagnostic. So i can make change online. Maybe it have need for another dump file, or maybe flash memory is damaged

at first diagnostic responded to cgw ? for write/read this mcu need good programmer, havent had any luck with clones, lots of corrupted flash/eeprom with clone programmers on those merc cgw.

Put both flash and eeprom.

Thank you very much for your help. The car is mercedes c-classe w204, 2007 edition 220 CDI. The MCU inside CGW module is motorola freescale 1L15Y. I have Xprog and i have try to read it in circuit but i can't, i have remove from circuit and i have read eeprom OK (like security), but when i try to read flash i read it and the flash memory is 2 MB i think this is not correct memory. Please have you any pinout to read it in circuit and how can i read 384 KB memory of flash not 2MB to big i think.

Here is my flash read with Xprog. No any tools kill my CGW, my problem start in this way : The car come to my garage for a problem with a indicator light front right. I see the problem with this lamp come from front SAM, so i disconnect the car battery and unplug the CGW (front SAM) connector to clean them with air and i put it back. I connect the battery again and the CGW doesn't work any more. It not connect again with diagnostic. When the car start some light go ON on dashboard like ABS, CHEKC ENGINE, ESP, AIRBAG. After i write the CGW eeprom with Xprog, a dump file from PEPI this light on dashboard go OFF except AIRBAG light that is ON again, but windshield wiper dosn't work again, indicator light doesn't work again and the engine fan stay ON when i switch ignition ON. All the ECU and CGW doesn't connect with diagnostic. So it is big problem for me. I hope you will help me. Thanks

your flash is corrupt and eeprom has issues too. I would try another set, send the part number, I might have correct part number cgw dumps.

Mate i have read this MCU like Security because it is the only way to read it. I have try to read without security but no succes. So i remove from circuit and i have read with security adaptor

hi there, so I have similar problem like an author of this post so during programming front SAM my power supply failed and voltage dropped to low and programming obviously failed and now is no comms with any module of the car so I think SAM eeprom or flash file got corrupted, So if anybody can have a look at this two files and can fix them for me that would be great. SAM part number A204 900 97 01. Thank you. Martin
