VW Siemens Airbag Controller Problem

Hi ppl,

Got a mates car here, VW MK4 2002

i was wondering if theres a soft here that can clear crash data thru obd using normal vag kkl serial interface.

i can clear bosch but this one is a siemens

i think the module number is 1C0 909 605 A

if it was a customers car i wudv bought summat

any help wud be appreciated

ps. i downloaded VW siemens airbag tool 3 from here but i think you need a specefic lead

Hello guys
I have a 1c0 909 605 a controller with the 65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error stored

Is it possible to reset this dtc with the airbag vw-ok.rar program?

i have the same problem with 1C0 909 605 B.
i have full write the eprom with FF and now can't read the ECU.
is my ECU definitively dead ?

You must restore EEPROM content. Unit will be back alive... ;)

If the MCU,then this could help VAG eepromer 1.18,because from my experience i have done several modules where this MCU was inside.All actions to,clear the crash data and 65535 work great.

This operation was made with "VW Airbag Tool 1.0.0.1" but now the program can't read anymore the ECU.

I have found the good bin file for this ECU.

My problem is to write this good file.

I've tried the dos tool "VAG eepromer 1.18" , but this prog stop at 0x0EO with "0000 0000 0000 0000 ..." and give me the prompt C:>

With "TMW electronic airbag tool v28.2.06" i can read the full eeprom "0000 0000 0000 ... 0000", i can also load my new bin file but when i want to write file (with Brand = Programming tools and Model set to CR16 Programmer - EEprom (2048 Byte) - BB nr 1 ) the soft respond bye an invalid size file.

Is somebody have an idea to re-write my airbag eeprom without take out of my car ?

I have 1CO 909 605 K VW 51 Siemens module and VAG K+CAN China, VAG Tacho usb, VCDS HEX-CAN and old max 232 on com cables. Module is on the table, k-line is pin 54. What program with which one use to download eeprom.
