Audi a3 2009 8p0 959 655 p - internal memory chk sum error after clear crash data

Hello, i'm try to clear crash data in Audi a3 09 with 8p0 959 655 p / 95640 with cp. First I'm try to this with eeprom solder on the PCB only with adapter but in the end process after write dont pass veryfication. After desoldering i read, crash removed , write and veryfying. I'm solder eeprom on pcb but in VCDS i have a one trouble code :

10485908 - Internal Control Module Memory Check Sum Error
B2000 94 [137] - Unexpected operation
MIL ON - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

but i couldn't delete this trouble code, others drivers like ecu, abs already clear.

Probably, when I'm read eeprom on pcb I could damage airbag ECU ?
