Hi, I have a Volvo XC60 diesel 2010 year ... for mileage adjustment... I'm new into Volvos... so the best and safest way to do this car is OBD or bench mode? I have x300m with latest update and digimaster 3 also latest update for obd.... otherwise all the bdm programmers... thanks in advance!

There is up to 2010 and from 2010....I don't know it exact....
But the newer model... You have also to do the door module... Or dash will swap back on old value...

I tried once a newer one from 2011... With a low cost tool... Was not possible...

Last week I did one over obd by DP4... Worked fine... Without issues...

a cheap digiprog works fine for this car. but dont use x300m. wont work (and chance on immo problems).

yes with volvo can lose ecu - cem sync and need to take apart ecu and cem to make sync or tow car to dealer. dp4, avdi, smok, smelecom are good for those cars. Newer volvo has got issues with adaptive cruise control too, if you happen to make correction.

Alright guys... I'll give it a try with Digiprog... let's hope I won't be posting in IMMO section after this :) ... this is my first XC60 so that is why I'm asking advices...thanks!

Any idea if there is a difference between 2010 and 2012 year? Dash looks the same...the 2010 model went fine with digiprog 3...not sure about 2012 year...

before years, as I only owns digiprog 3 :tears_of_joy:... I try a 2011... it was even not possible to read... gave me 999.999 as read out...

with diagprog4 no problems... the last time i made it... DP4 also do a another module...
I think door module, but I´m not sure... I´m not a Volvo expert... all by obd...

2010 and early 2011 is only a dash job
For late 2011 and 2012+ dash and DDM/PDM (driver/passenger door module)

Be careful with digiprog, sometimes it leaves an "odometer tampered" error.

For 2012 please give the procedure for ddm and pdm. I have option on dp4 but is write the procedure reset the module and need to reprogram. Able to reprogram with autel?
