Eeprom error P1640 Volkswagen touran EDC16U1, please help.

Hello all,

Today came a Volkswagen Touran 1.9 TDI from 2004 with light engine on, and after diagnostic,

P1640 Error and did not erase error.

What can i do to repair this error??

Maybee a good full BDM file or Eeprom file?

Ecu 0281011479 03G906016B

here attach full bdm, mpc555, E2prom, flash files, read by bdm.

I just have done a thing, i dont know if was gone do something, with bdm i have verify checksum, and it have do the correction, does that do something in the file??

The file i have buy have the mpc555 with another size 449kb (552kb the ori)
and E2prom says error to write , all in bdm .

I will write the ori files to try it.

Any other idea?

Now writing E2prom says write protection enabled and only write 2s and says error.

Im using bdm 100, cmd software.

But only the ori file was writing, the file i have buy not have the same size for the mpc555 and not let write it.

I have galletto v54 clone, and kess v2 2.25 version, and magprog too.

My galletto bdm not work on bdm on this ecu, always error, i have try on 2 laptop and always error for this ecu.

Any more idea?
