IO/terminal problem help

Hi, can anyone help, I bought IO / terminal but it does not work anyone can help me. I tried on EDC15 Audi A3 year 2000 and cheeroke year 2001. see in the pictures

Come forward problem to manufacturer. Or use different tool.
I use to SID and Denso , and I have not problems.
To EDC15 I use something of different completely.

I think you just have mixed the installation and a reinstall will fix the issue.

From your first picture img 2CANKLINERAMEXE is missing.

In the folder IMG should be the file 2CANKLINERAMEXE.bin
reinstall soft

Hi M8, also not forget to use each sim card to each software.
For that edc15 you need to use bosch sim card.
