Vw touareg v10 Slave EDC 16u1 were is eeprom for immo

Hi together I have here an vw Touareg V10 with an Master and slave edc16u1.

the problem is both Ecus are immo off.
i wanted make both again immo on ,but via obd was it not possible.
i got massage with Vvdi2 and Fvdi immo could not be change.

so i decide to open first the slave edc and search after an 95320 eeprom.
but both eeprom on the edc have other numbers.

my questions is,how I can do on this edc 16u1 immo off/on?

Why bother, just fit something aftermarket

Use BDM to reading eeprom.
