Toyota Avensis 2.0D 2004 problem with immo

Hi mates,
I have the Toyota with ecu 89661-05690 (93c56) and immo box 89780-05041 (24c04). Car starts sometimes. I check immo box dump and the unique key it checkded on 4 position but dump only have second position save. Strange. Can I make immo off here or make virgin files to match again?
