Passat B7 TRW 5N0 959 655R dont see airbag module after removing crash data

Hi,


I was trying removing crash data in Passat B7. I read and write memory by carprog without troubles, and verifies ok.
I did it on desolder chip. When I screwed it on the car vcds doesnt see the details of the module.


control unit module: 5N0 959 655R TRW
eeprom: 95640


Errors in airbag:
00003 - Controller
014 - defective


00149 - Incomplete factory programming
000--


I attached original and modified dump. Im not sure is it problem in soldering, incorrect dump or another component in module was broken.
I desolder chip once again, and carprog still reading correctly memory, so eeprom is OK.


If I bought another clean module, do I need to adapt it or fit plug&play?

Unfortunately, nothing helped. Still the same.
Edit: Problem solved. I resolder smd elements around the eeprom and controller has started.
