08 vectra lost all keys

my bro in law has lost his keys to his 08 vectra whats the best way to source another, i have an autel maxisys elite i may be able to programme new key to car but how can i get it cut

if you dont have the car pass with the codes on then either call out a locksmith , or pick ignition on and you can then get the key number with diag .

Read CIM for pin code and the key number .. cut from code OR get a new key already cut from vauxhall dealer and get the car pass too
