Hello all,
I have a 98 Jaguar XJ8 AKL

I tried to program key to key module dump with VVDI and for some reason it keeps sayings unknown version.

Can someone help in telling if I have good file?

Or if someone can add key in my dump.

both key and module dumps attached.

Thanks

Last time I quoted a module it was $900 USD for 2006- Rover Sport Cem

So I just bought vvdi

Ok, I found a dump from another key module, same part # LNC, and vvdi did recognize that dump. I program a T5 chip to it and no start. A friend tells me that because it's different dump I have to sync to ecu.

Anyway to do this with ecu dump?

Or does anyone know where key info is stored in dump? And what I would need to write?
