I have a great friend who has lost the remote control key and he has sent me the bsi with his spare key and ecu motor is it possible to program a new key in the bank with fvdi? or what tools do I need? Thank you

Remote is CE0536 ASK 2 button HU83. Read 95128 for pin and use this remote.

No, you cannot program the key on bench. Only by OBD with pin.

WHen key programmed, ignition ON, press and hold any button for 10s.

Post eeprom, read pcf7941 ID from new key. I try add key data and send back other page info for pcf7941 chip.

yes you can do on bench of course, though will need to hook up aerial also. If you have tango will be quicker though especially if you have not wired up before.

If program on bench with FVDI when back in car will just need to sync remote back .

PSA immo system doesn't exist auto sync, that why need program by OBD.

yes you can do it by obd on bench, but you need a tool like this one https://ecu-service.info/en/ecu-service-products/1301-ecu-connector.html

You don't need that device I done for years with just jumper wires ect. the only point of the that is to make it quicker and easier when making connections. If your planning on doing a lot more bench work in the future then it would be worth the investment just so you don't have a spaghetti junction on the bench. I myself would recommend the one from bestdiagcar2014 as also has CAN resistors 60-120ohm built in and an aerial.
